At Title MTB, we are committed to providing riders with the highest quality components; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused components in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and manuals are included to maintain eligibility for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
